Meet the founder of The Generous Agency

Erik creates the vision and drive for The Generous Agency. He is undoubtedly obsessed with the future of the creative industry and believes clients can get a fair price and employees can be compensated for humanities most valuable asset, creativity. He's fiercely entrepreneurial and passionate. Having worked in a variety of agencies and corporations has allowed him to offer world-class solutions built on trust.

Many of Erik's associates describe him as a visionary that communicates through honest dialogue to exceed expectations and success. His extensive experience from boardrooms to non-profits often set's him apart among his creative peers. He's just as comfortable talking about ROI, gross revenue, COGs or the impact of color theory and psychology on design communications.

Today, Hayoth is venturing into new territory by re-inventing the creative agency model. Erik is dedicated to building a branding and design micro-consultancy that is extremely adaptable and versatile for the rapidly changing face of business in the 21st century.

Erik lives in Fort Worth, is an active supporter of national and global affairs through Mercury One. He spends time in both California and Texas, bike rides the Trinity Trail actively (except when it’s cold) and can never turn down a perfectly cooked ribeye and potatoes.

The Generous Agency is a Dallas Fort Worth branding and graphic design studio that helps companies implement a better brand experience impacting employees and customers. Sometimes we develop cool stuff. Reach out for a FREE Consultation.
